Clients are granted full commercial rights to the final deliverables (e.g., logos, taglines, brand guidelines & master files), but not to the underlying systems or tools used to produce them. Trademark Responsibility DisclaimerBreez does not provide trademark clearance or legal checks for names, logos, or slogans generated through the platform. It is the client’s sole responsibility to conduct any necessary trademark searches or secure legal counsel before commercial use. AI-Generated Content ClauseSome elements of Breez’s design process may be generated or supported by artificial intelligence. While we review and curate final outputs to meet quality standards, we cannot guarantee that all content will be free of similarity to publicly available designs or trademarks. Clients are responsible for conducting any necessary legal or trademark checks before commercial use. Prohibited Businesses You must not use Breez’s services for any illegal activities or for the businesses or product types listed below. The types of businesses listed here are representative of prohibited categories, but this is not an exhaustive list. Tobacco• Tobacco products including e-cigarettes, cigars, and e-liquid• Herbal cigarettes• Production equipment specifically marketed for the production of tobacco products The following financial products and services• Shell banks• Selling bearer shares• Funded prop trading Gambling• Games of chance including gambling, internet gambling, casino games, sweepstakes and contests, and fantasy sports leagues with a monetary or material prize• Sports forecasting or odds-making with a monetary or material prize• Lotteries• Bidding fee auctions Government services• Offering products and services by or on behalf of embassies and consulates• Offering government services without authorization or value-add• Offering government services with misleading claims• Disbursement of government economic support, such as grants Products and services that infringe on intellectual property rights• Sales or distribution of music, movies, software, or any other licensed materials without appropriate authorization• Counterfeit goods• Illegally imported or exported products• Unauthorized sale of brand-name or designer products or services Any other products or services that directly infringe or facilitate infringement upon the trademark, patent, copyright, trade secrets, proprietary, or privacy rights of any third party Unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices (acts or practices that contravene rules, laws, regulations, or guidance prescribed by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition, Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers, or equivalent local consumer regulatory bodies in your country)Any other businesses that Breez considers unfair, deceptive, or predatory towards consumers Use License Breez grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use its brand creation tools and materials for the purpose of generating custom branding assets for your own business or project. All generated logos, taglines, and brand guidelines are yours to download, post, and use freely for personal or commercial purposes. However, the use of the Breez platform is subject to the following restrictions and conditions: Each paid account may generate a maximum of five (5) final Logo Designs for commercial use. Each paid account may request a maximum of one (1) professionally finished Logo & Brand Guidelines. The platform is intended for end clients only. It is not licensed for use by designers, agencies, or other professionals creating brand assets on behalf of third parties. Use of Breez to replace, replicate, or enhance agency or designer workflows, such as using the platform to ideate for client work, is strictly prohibited. Accounts that exceed fair use (e.g., generating multiple concepts for multiple businesses or clients) may be limited, suspended, or permanently terminated at Breez’s discretion without notice. Attempts to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the platform or its software are strictly forbidden. Users may not modify, resell, or redistribute the materials or output generated by Breez under any white-label or third-party offering. Violation of any of the above restrictions constitutes a breach of this license and may result in immediate account termination. In no event shall Breez or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Breez’s website, even if Breez or a Breez authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. Promotional Use of WorkBreez reserves the right to use any branding concepts, logo designs, taglines, or brand guidelines created through the platform for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to showcasing work on the Breez website, social media, marketing materials, case studies, or presentations. Any such use will respect the confidentiality of personal or sensitive business information. iFramesWithout prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website. Content LiabilityWe shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website.
