Your Strategic Brand DNA Critique

Brand DNA Quality Check

Vision

Critique and Coaching: The vision expresses a desire to turn ambiguity into opportunity and empower business leaders to dream big. This is emotionally resonant and aspirational, which is a strong foundation. However, it could benefit from more specificity about the future state you want to create—what does “clarity” look like for your clients, and how will the world be different because of your work? Consider grounding your vision in a tangible outcome or legacy.
Coaching Question: What is the ultimate transformation you want your clients or the industry to experience as a result of your work?

Mission

Critique and Coaching: The mission is action-oriented and highlights your process (insight, strategy, execution, team design). It demonstrates a comprehensive approach and a passion for psychology and systems thinking. However, it is somewhat lengthy and could be distilled into a more concise, memorable statement. Try to clarify the core promise or service you deliver, focusing on the unique value you bring.
Coaching Question: If you had to describe your mission in one sentence, what would it be? What is the single most important action you take to bring your vision to life?

Core Target Audience

Critique and Coaching: The audience is well-defined as startups and scaleups struggling with growth or product-market fit, needing a “right-arm” partner. This is a strong, empathetic description. To deepen this, consider adding more about their mindset, pain points, or aspirations. What do they value most in a partner? What are their biggest fears or hopes?
Coaching Question: Can you describe a specific scenario or story that illustrates your ideal client’s challenges and what success looks like for them after working with you?

Market Leaders / Industry Peers

Critique and Coaching: You reference Shreyas Doshi as an aspirational peer, which is helpful for positioning. However, the section could be strengthened by including 2–3 additional brands or individuals your audience admires or already buys from, and why. This will help clarify your differentiation and the market context.
Coaching Question: Who else in your space do your clients look up to or trust, and what do they do exceptionally well? What gaps do you see in their approach that you aim to fill?

Existing Name, Tagline & Personal Brand Name

Critique and Coaching: The tagline “From Insight to Impact” is concise and on-theme, but may be somewhat generic and widely used in consulting and strategy spaces. It does align with your process, but consider whether it is distinctive enough to stand out and be memorable.
Coaching Question: Would you be open to exploring alternative taglines that capture your unique approach to clarity and transformation, or do you feel strongly about keeping this phrase?
